Visual Studio 2015 debugging – waiting waiting waiting ..

Sitting on the plane and developing, then debugging a web project, I start debugging and the browser is waiting waiting waiting for localhost. But nothing happens.

I noticed that Visual Studio 2015 is loading the symbols from the symbol server. The internet connection on the plane is naturally painfully slow, so the loading became quite obvious to me.

How to get rid of the problem? I read an article on Stack Overflow at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3377720/visual-studio-loading-symbols, where they recommended to delete all breakpoints (including broken ones). I however wanted to disable all unnecessary symbol loading (unnecessary for me and my projects), and went to Tools => Options => Debug => Symbols, and selected loading for only specified modules.

Now the projects start up very fast again.
